Intake Session
Your journey begins with an intake session—a 50-minute meeting where we connect, explore your goals, review your history, and determine the best approach for your therapy. This session lays the foundation for working together, ensuring you feel supported, understood, and ready to take the next steps toward healing and growth.
Insurance
I currently accept private pay clients only. However, my license, training, and education allow you to submit a super-bill to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan permits.
To check your coverage, consider asking your insurance provider:
Does my plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
Are there limits on the number of sessions per year?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for coverage?
Payment
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full session fee will apply.
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, individuals not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate for non-emergency services, including tests, prescriptions, and hospital fees.
Ask your provider for this estimate in writing at least one business day before your service.
If you receive a bill $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
