A free 15-minute phone consultation is provided to discuss your goals and determine if we would like to continue with the therapeutic process. We’ll discuss what is bringing you in and your counseling goals. I’ll answer any questions you might have and we’ll determine if we’re a good fit for each other.
At this time I am offering Telehealth appointments. Follow-up appointments are 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly unless other arrangements have been made. Our sessions will focus on identifying challenges and barriers that get in the way of living your life to its fullest. I utilize mindfulness practices, EMDR techniques, breathing exercises, recommended reading, and collaborative goal-setting during these sessions.
