Therapeutic style and orientation
Supporting people’s natural capacity to heal and to grow is my passion. I offer psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, coaching and consultation for individuals. Through personalized thoughtful support and guidance I will help you create a more satisfying and successful life. In addition, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and compassionate environment where you can feel safe in addressing your concerns and experiences.
People seek therapy for a variety of reasons, but it usually stems from a desire to feel better. Often people are seeking more fulfillment in themselves, their relationships, their work, and their lives. My approach generally works by helping individuals examine their beliefs, identify behaviors that no longer work, and change those behaviors by identifying inner strengths to find effective and creative ways to create positive change. I believe in working collaboratively by examining your beliefs and behaviors, creating opportunities to view and express aspects of yourself that may not have been so apparent, giving you a fuller and more positive view of yourself. Self-awareness brings forth creativity, richness, and intimacy within yourself, your life, and your relationships.
I am a compassionate, inquisitive, and warm person who truly loves the process of collaborating with my clients to help them discover and live a more meaningful, satisfying, and authentic life.
